Bad Rooms were dirty and not cleaned. Mold in the shower. No bedbug covers. No clean towels, towels were stained. Asked front desk for new towels and wanted to express my concern and he cussed me out.
Won’t ever stay again The room was not clean, sheets were soiled, a/c and microwave had dried food on and in them, and room smelled horribly like cigarettes
Bad The room smelled like urine, and when I told them about it, I was given a new room. It smelled like urine also, and the toilet wasn't bolted to the ground.. I did not have an option of going anywhere else being so late at night. I will never say at another Laquinta inn. Food places within walking distance.
The place was cheap....but not sure we even got what we paid for. black mold on the peeling paint in the bathroom. Exhaust fan must be out of order. Mattress was getting old and saggy. Breakfast was meager at best. Staff replaced low battery in smoke alarm quickly.
Wouldn’t go back, I have staying at La Quinta, in Pueblo, Santa Fe and El Paso experience was way d. Rooms more clean, bathrooms doors and tub had hairs, same us comforter. Location was good. Didn’t have breakfast.
