Frustrating I sent you an email right away. The first thing was my wife fell off the toilet because the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet base. It was broken. We immediately went to the front desk and demanded another room but none were available. There was no maintenance person available nor did anyone else have the wherewithal or materials to fix it. I tried to get a room in another location but everything was booked. I would appreciate a refund. Not much. While beds were small they were comfortable.
Nasty The rooms were supposed to be some free. They smelled of smoke, the bedding had stains all over them, and their was black mold all over the shower. It was the worst hotel I have ever came across!
Horrible Filthy, ants all over the bathroom, gum or egg sac stuck to shower curtain, shower curtain would not move, filthy reception area. Had to check out and book a place twice the cost 30 miles away. We could not sleep with all the ants and filth. 2 nights cost over 300, we have stayed in WAY nicer, wouldn’t take much, for half the cost. Close to downtown Golden, CO
Very Poor The room was not clean. Linens were stained, and the carpet smelled of urine. Rooms were also very muggy. Location was a convenient distance between the city and Red Rocks.
The worse hotel experience we have ever endured. Horrible. Mold, dirty, broken tv It was horrible! Mold on ceiling. Sheets had stains. TV was broken. Bathroom was dirty. We had to cancel and find a new hotel at 10pm.

It was an utter and total dump. Breakfast room was too small. People were waiting in line to get into the room. Bedside lamp was broken and didn't light. Mold in shower grouting. Some clientele appeared to be transients. Grounds were not kept up. Check in person was neither hospitable nor helpful. Pool was drained and didn't appear to be worked on. Breakfast was adequate. Morning staff person was pleasant. Location worked.
Bad The room smelled like pee and the bathroom smelled like mold. There was ants everywhere and the towels and bed sheets were stained. it was honestly disgusting. it felt like it used to be a motel 6 and they just put a La Quinta sign on it.
