Poor room was dirty upon arrival the lady was nice
Unsatisfactory The bathroom floor hadn't been sweep. A large price was behind the toilet. The desk had not been wiped off. There was food residue on it.
No management available for complaints, problems, or issues. I rented two rooms, one for me and one for my daughter. My daughter was in her room for about 30 minutes and a stranger entered with a key. He left but my daughter was very upset. I went to the lobby to complain but there was no one to complain to. The manager never appeared in two and a half days. Their remedy was to place the stranger in a separate room. That said, no apologies, no one to complain to.
Don't worry it's okay inside. Location is hard to get to. The out side is dirty and I was worried about the room, but it was surprisingly clean. Outdoor pool. The bathroom was some what accessible.
Missed Things A previous guest left a heating pad in the microwave and my fiancee found trash on the floor close to the window under the chair (minimal) The bed was comfortable and I got a hot shower.
Inconsiderate staff that doesn't accommodate the needs of the guests. I asked the front desk for a towel and never got one. The towel that was in the room had blood on it and I have an 11week old son. Once I noticed the blood on the towel it was after I had already gotten in the shower and was unable to get dressed and get my son to the front desk to get a towel. She refused to send up a towel because her cleaning staff was already too busy cleaning other rooms which seems unrealistic since they have them on their cart and c... read more
Never again. The room had NO toilet paper. Tv did not work. The floor was sticky in spots. The coffee maker was missing the basket. The lobby was filthy and no bathroom. The breakfast area was very small and not clean at all. The breakfast was ok.
