I guess I got what I paid for. Location was great. Hotel wasn't. Heater was broken and did not work at all as temps dropped to single digits. Overall site was rundown. Lobby stunk of sewage. Included breakfast was dismal. Television channels didn't agree with on-screen cable guide. Located west of Denver and close to the mountains. Easy to avoid Denver traffic when heading west. New Kum-N-Go adjacent to property. Easy highway access. Plenty of parking. Nice neighborhood with plenty of amenities.
Very Poor The facilities and room were not clean, had an musty odor and the scent of pot could be smelled throughout the night. The shower was lukewarm at best. Breakfast choices were slim and stale. Overpriced for what you get. Location was convenient, snow was removed between cars early in the morning.

We nit ever stay at LaQuinta in Golden, Colorado. I don’t know if I’ll ever stay in one again. The rooms need to be really clean. When we asked if we could change rooms the manager said she only had one room and would not let us see it first!!!!it was not full!!! I was very very disappointed in the whole experience. We’ve stayed at LaQuintas many times wasthis awful.,we had to change rooms, it was so dirty!!In the second room the TV didn’t work and piece of the desk was broken off. It was not as clean .
