This location did not meet up to my expectations for what i paid. The bedding was not clean and looked like it hadn't been changed. The tub was dirty and I had to clean it myself to even want to get in it to shower. There was not even a fan in the bathroom. I liked how quick the check in was and how friendly the staff was. I also liked when I needed something, they were quick to help.

Pleasant One of two days no room service Shower water press fluctuating and goes hot to cold No frig or microwave I was double charged for the room. My credit card used to hold only was charged as well as another credit card that I asked the desk to charge it to. Caused me much grief as I had to cancell my original card and have my bank to deny the charge. This eas after explaining to desk person that I had been charged twice and she assured me it was corrected. It WAS NOT!! Location
Worked for the night but would not stay for an extended period. No hot water in our room, there was hair all over the bed we slept in, and insects in the bathroom. We were not on a ground floor, so it was very off-putting. Room was visually appealing, staff was friendly

Okay as a last resort, but won't stay here again. The room was a bit dirty around the edges and the water in the shower didn't function properly. The walls are thin and you can hear conversations of the neighboring room.

Fair Staff ignored me when I tried to check out, it is pet friendly, but the people next door left their pet locked in the hotel room and it barked for a long time.

Poor When my husband and I pulled in towarfd our room there were a lot of sketchy people waiting in their cars and people kept coming up to them and then getting out. It made me uncomfortable.

Poor The bedding had not been changed. Both beds had a lot of body hair in the sheets. It was visible the minute the bed was turned down.

Invest in nicer bedding and change and wash after every guest. The room, not so much. The beding was gross. There were black smudges on one of the bedspreads. My boyfriend decided it was probably washed and just stained. Then we pulled the sheets back and there was hair and dirt that we had to brush off. Both beds were the same. The thought of it grossed me out the entire night. I got up at 2:40 a.m. and couldn’t get back to sleep with the thought so we ended up leaving an hour later.
