I would not stay here again Small rooms and very small beds. Needs updated.

Disappointing
it was clean and adequate for our stay. Farther out from Golden than had anticipated. Beds were small for two people. Bathroom was tight, hit your knees trying to shut the door because so close to toilet. shower water temp on 2 of 4 days stayed was warm, no hot water for shower. Has a golden address but is actually farther out than thought from golden, closer to lakewood/wheat ridge, on the absolute outskirts of golden's boundaries. I was barely able to sleep. The shower was cold, bed and pillows uncomfortable, uncontrollably hot temperature in room, and dogs barked all night in the room next to us.

Very Poor
It was below average. Shower was moldy and had cleaning scum of a bluish color. As compared to some other LaQuintas I have stayed at. This one was below average because of the bathroom. This coming from a car camper. Just traveling across country.

Enjoyed exploring Golden and College of the Mines. Unable to sleep because the freeway noise is 24/7. Faucet handle in shower was broken. I will never stay in a hotel that close to a freeway again. The assistant manager was helpful in getting a maintenance person to the room quickly.
