Good place to stay in the Golden area and very good value. Breakfast, but we understand. Not much for breakfast due to COVID. Pool was great! Room was very clean, beds comfortable. This older hotel was nicer than expected. Since we couldn’t get adjacent rooms, we did get a room upgrade.
Very Good Sheets were stained and had hair on them. Bathroom wasn't clean. Comfort and location

Basic The room had dirt in the corners of the bathroom and a toothpick. We also found a fast food cup under the bed. Room smelled musty and we had to open the window. Location is convenient but right next to highway. Pool not heated Beds were decent. Dog was free.
Fine basics with absolutely no extras (such as advertised "breakfast") No fridge, no microwave. Breakfasts during pandemic have universally been weak but his was the weakest. Coffee and baskets with breakfast bars. That's it. Good firm beds & A/C.

Pleasant Arrived early and room was not ready but needed to use restroom. None available to use so went to gas station next door. Breakfast was terrible. All high sugar packaged bars or muffins. So again went next door to gas station cause they offered egg sandwiches. Chose this hotel due to free breakfast. Close to freeway, gas station and comfortable room.
