Bad It smelled like cigarette smoke; one bed had Marijuana under top sheet and blanket; that makes it impossible to have changed the sheets from the last occupancy. The second beds sheets were just dirty Convince to I25

Bad Front officer ruins the good name The lady at front office ruined our nights as she argued about the wifi which was connected but no data at our cell phones . My wife went down to reception purposely to ask for help to get data so that we can get access to our WhatsApp etc. The African American lady on duty that night was not cooperative, but blame us for she used the same wifi without problem instead of asking technician to fix the internet Big name hotel with many rooms

Very Poor Lack of cleaning, until I complained bitterly Poor breakfast service or no service even during alloted time. I communicated with management via email up until now still no response Just the location

quick stay and nice staff, but not satisfied with cleanliness (not asthma friendly) the room smelled like they just washed the carpets after weeks of pet pee had stained the carpets (so it smelled like mold and wet dog). The air was a bit stuffy and not refreshing because of that and me and my daughter have allergies and asthma. The room looked like no one had actually cleaned it in months as there was thick dust on everything, dried dead bugs, even on the toiletry and coffee maker. Felt set up Girl that checked me in did not like me and put me in the wrong room she put me where all the residents were staying. And when I checked out it was a new girl at the front and she said I got checked into a wrong room it was a scary experience I had to leave early Nothing

Moyen Manque de propreté, insectes qui m' ont sérieusement piqués, draps douteux. La douche ne fonctionnait pas bien (il fallait beaucoup de temps avant d'avoir de l'eau chaude et très peu de pression). Volume de la chambre. Personnel agreable

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and recommend to take of your list of motels you work with Everything my room had bed bugs they still haven’t resolved and don’t want to give me a refund I had and still have bites from the bed bugs the staff was rude and not very helpful even with the inconvenience Nothing my room had bed bugs I didn’t get the room I reserved 1month in advance after the room had bed bugs I was put into a smaller room where I co tinier to be bit I couldn’t change motels because it was a budgeted trip or I would h... read more
