Poor Room has bugs
Bad Very misleading if one books reservation from the pictoral advertisement. I have come to love the hotel based on my experience with it on the east coast. I suggest that the truth be told about how decapitated the place is to customers. Though the front desk has a great reception crew. Noting

Bad Nothing We never got any housekeeping they didn’t have towels or tissue…and my friend also said she felt like she was getting bit all night in the bed

Cheap and you will see why. The staff was nice but they were unprofessional. The room needs a good deep cleaning and the smoke detector was missing. The towels has hair in the fibers (we went to Walmart and bought our own). The sink had hair in it...the counter needed cleaning. Elevator broken, parking lot dirty, building needs painting and trash needed to be removed. Cheap for a last minute stay. Very disappointed because this is far below this company's standards.

Bad They don’t serve real breakfast you can’t use the pool the rooms are half cleaned and half of everything works in the room I had roaches in my room only two lamps worked and they need to update their pictures cause it definitely doesn’t look the same in person The bed was comfortable
