Bad Rooms smelled bad. Water wouldnt turn off in shower. Tubs were filthy. Outdoir area was filthy. Guests were noisy and front desk took forever to respond. Coffee

This place is horrifying and disgusting. The room was extremely dirty. There were bugs in the fridge and beds. There were visible handprints on the walls and bed frame. It was a nonsmoking room but smelled like a chain smoker lived there. And, we had no deadbolt. When we asked staff to be moved to a safer clean room they said there were none available. We slept in the car to avoid the bugs and because at least it locked. 0/10 Nothing went well.
The stay was horrible. My room was nasty and it smelled of cigarette smoke. The bedding had stains. The location. And the appearance of the building. The pool was dirty. The elevator was broken. And the breakfast was poor.
