Will Never book here again hotel was horrible very dirty and not to mention it took hours yes for desk clerk to come to desk for check in. room was musty, tub had hair from previous stay. how close it is to beach
Not pleased at all. Pool was closed. It has been for over a year, did not pass inspection. It was in the high 90's. There were 3 children in our party. No breakfast because of Covid. None of this is on your website. Was booked for these reasons, did not find out until there and paying. One room..microwave did not work, no ice bucket, other room no cold water in shower. Bad
Would not do again. Very disappointing. The credit card machine was down and had been for more than a day. I had to leave to get cash, exact change, in order to check in. Upon my return to check in, I was informed that not only was there no breakfast, but the pool was "broken". After having the reservation for a week and driving 2 hours to get there, we would have liked to have had the features available that were advertised. Poor facility Building is needed of great repairs, plumbing clogs doors, door lock not working, pool not working cafeteria out of order, Staff did her best but unfortunately owners need to do great improvements
Trash cans and park bathroom are better to sleep in and i actually have had too. Said there was breakfast and wasnt none. Had bed bugs, smashed tv. Said there was an outside pool. It was all green. Dirty room with old broke beds and chairs. Then charged 70 dollars. They tried to double charge us and took and hr for them to try and fix it. Nothing. Was honestly the worst place ive ever seen or been.
Hella Stressful! We had to switch rooms 4 times before finally getting a room where the water works and even still the lights has issues and the ac only worked on high at the lowest temperature. The bathroom where tiny and the beds are not Queen size their full (we bring our own sheets). The rooms smelled weird (like boiled eggs) and the stay here was very stressful. The staff was sweet and very understanding.
Disappointing Room wasn’t cleaned my entire stay. No cups, glasses of coffee makers. Pool was filthy and was not usable. Not breakfast items except for coffee. The whole place needed renovations. AC was out in last bay the whole time , which must make it miserable for employees. Room was fairly clean when I arrived. Staff was polite. Looks cation was what I wanted
