Disappointing
Disappointing 1) day reception lady was very unpleasant, hard in communication. 2) They wanted to cancel my reservation 2 hours before booking in. No matter that I booked it month before. I came with bags after 10 hours filght from Europe and the wanted to cancel my reservation. 3) Room that they gave me was dirty after some pig. We only asked for new bed covers so we could sleep because we were exhausted. Sorry nothing
will never return to this sorry excuse of a hotel. I showed up for my reserved room only to be told that it was not available. staff was very rude about their mistake. lobby was disorganized. very unprofessional. definitely will never be back. I had a wonderful experience at another hotel in the area even though it was rated lower than this one. not even worthy of one star in my opinion. nothing
Very dissatisfied with the facility, it’s very old and out of date. The pool was non usable, we arrived at dark and half the lights on the building were off which is where our room was. We had to shine our phone light to see the where to put the key card in, then the key card wouldn’t work so we had to walk back to the office for them to come let us in.
