Not the greatest hotel stay The heater/AC unit is old and is extremely noisy! Everytime it turned on, it would wake me up. Then a group on people being very rude and disrespectful when walking/running down the hall..very loud
Will not return One of 2 elevators was out of service the entire time. On the last evening even the second one stopped working and we had to walk up to the 3rd floor. Bathtub worn out (see photo). Wifi not usable the whole stay (see photo). Had to use my phone's data on roaming and this cost us an additional 15 dollars a day. Average stay and not restful Dog barking all night. Fake wood floors and heard room above us stomping around - not a restful night. Quick check in … close to freeway for access anywhere.
Damage deposit not refunded At check-in, I was charged $100 on my credit card as a damage deposit. At check-out, I was informed that this amount would be refunded to my card. However, the refund has not been processed. I contacted the establishment, and they provided me with a receipt to file a dispute with my credit card company. Bad That i booked a king room and theh gave me 2 queens beds were to small for a couple It was clean
Pleasant Hated the bathroom, no space to put anything, lighting was terrible. Very clean,great bed, more than adequate brakfast

One night should be 85? Not enough handicap parking close to entry ** Only one elevator the other out of service, you had to manually reset lift to go back to 1st flr for next guest. Location
