Disappointing Very poor Public Relations. When checking in we were informed that there was a $25 charge for any time before 3:00 p.m. My daughter phoned Reception requesting that we be informed that she needed to talk to us. She was refused. She was told that she needed to tell Reception our room number. Of course she didn't know this, so we never got the message. Breakfast

Poor Front desk women was rude when we asked to check for availability of our room for one more day she said she doesn’t have anything available without checking. location is rlly good close to mall and a lot of food places.
The manager was helpful after our stay to credit us and apologize The room was gross, the smell was horrible the fan even smelled old smoke/sweat, the mattress was old and smelt of sweat and dirt. The pillows were flat. The staff was nice the location was ok

Not a very family friendly place and customer service was low on their priority. The staff seemed uninterested in customer service, the overall experience was a very woke one, with comfort and customer service ranking very low on their priority list as a hotel. Having the doors locked at dusk definitely gave the feeling of an unsafe neighbourhood. Having to display a parking pass even though the vehicle was registered by plate seemed unnecessary.
