Please refund my money I did not like everything about the hotel. The hotel is very dirty and does not look like anything in the pictures.

Last resort This place is terrible. No breakfast . Not clean at all. Dirty towels. Hair in the bathroom. Didn't even do a room clean after day 1. Shocked it is still allowed to be opened Good location . That's just about it

Bad The entire facility requires a major overhaul. To start it is dirty and smells like dust. My room's bathroom had mold on ceiling and walls; toilet was unclean and many surfaces had never been washed or wiped. Parking was inadequate and I had to pay for it at another location. The location was good for the areas and venues we were going to visit.

Good location, bad management. Dust everywhere, extremely dirty, door lock battery was dead, someone had to open the door for us every time we go in. Bathroom had no tissue paper. window curtain was broken. Tv remote didn’t work. I can go on and on. location
Bad The lobby no longer looked bad and dirty, they gave me a room that smelled too much like paint and they didn't want to change it and I left there with a horrible headache, the pillows were smaller than those on my sofa at home, a scary place.
