Think twice if you're a light sleeper, because it gets loud. The room was quite dirty. Dirty sheets, towels, shower curtains. I saw nail clippings on the floor. The walls are extremely thin; loud neighbours mean no sleep. The windows don't block the noise, and this is a busy section of Queens (even during the night). Looking directly at the subway lines, so it is deafening. Think twice if you're a light sleeper. There was only one desk lamp in the room and no other source of light, which was odd. Bad Bed sheets were very dirty with lots of hair on it. It wasn't cleaned until we asked the owner to get the sheets changed
