Poor Not clean at all and not provide enough towels Nothing
Bad Very dirty my husband didnt even want to use the bathroom he was like to take bubble baths I didnt really like it the room was really dirty
Stop using the pandemic for poor customer service We asked for towels for 2 days. We ask 3 different employees. They either said later or they would bring them. If they could not or did not want to give out any more towels they should of stated. Why because of the pandemic? People need to stop using the pandemic as an excuse for being low on things. That's a necessity especially, in a hotel for customers staying more than one night. Parking
Horrible!!!!! Customer service wasn’t friendly at all.....what hotel doesn’t have in their building washcloths, microwave and telephone in the rooms. It’s not worth me paying $211 for two nights. I was very disappointed staying there. I literally had to walk three blocks to get me some washcloths, that’s ridiculous!!!! I will recommend no one to stay there. I had hole on my comforter (which mainly was a sheet) I didn’t get no breakfast because of COVID 19
