the hotel was far below my expectation. i was forced to stay because they will not give me a refund. i did not like the room and their service i liked their wifi

Bad HORRIBLE Solo a ubicacion
Bad So.... the room was a room. Until we, 3 people, saw the sheets was dirty. The bathroom had feces left in the toilet. Also there were some trash left behind in the bathroom. Needless to say we asked for a different room. 2nd room the key card doesn't work, the front desk worker, younger man, came up stairs and states to us this room doesn't have a key!!!! Bad The sheets were not clean had stains ice machine didn’t work
Disgusting. EVERYTHING!! Believe the bad reviews, I had to change rooms twice due to one room which was still dirty, other room key didn’t work! And the last room that was given to me, the sink was clogged every time I ran the water. When the water finally went down, hair was in there.. the pipes were leaking. If It wasnt because I stood maybe 8-10hrs and close by I would of just let them take the nightly fee. I should of! I was so uncomfortable. Bathroom needs maintaining.
