Fair TV inoperable even after repair. Clock and phone broken when arrived, but quickly fixed. Large stains in carpet. Breakfast that should be hot was cold. Things that should have been kept cold were warm. The facility is functional, bit lacks care and details to make it a fine stay. Location is next to McDonalds and subway line and ither local shops and restaurants. Staff responds quickly to requests.
Horrible ! Everything was horrible. Front desk staff was rude and made us wait 30 minutes mind you we got a email the room was ready. The toilet was broken, there were ants by the sink. Jacuzzi was broken and had Mold and the room had no heat it was freezing . Please do not stay here !! I would have rather went to a Hostel than for what I paid for this place, worst part the guy was racist in the front. Nothing at all horrible place, I recommend you never stay here ever. Disappointing Shower didn't work and bath tub had no plug. Fridge froze everything and no coffee or tea available to make tea. No tour or explanations on facilities. Breakfast was basic Clean and comfortable room. Mini fridge and coffee stand. Hairdryer, tv and space
Disappointing The room was dirty, it looked the floor hasn’t been vacuumed. My mom used to do house keeping for a hotel local to where we live and she was disappointed as well. We didn’t complain. We were there just for the night. It was loud due to the trains going by right in front of our window, but there’s nothing that can be done about that. Quick check in/check out & free parking
Was a good hotel at the time. Now old and not that well maintained. Light in the bathroom was blinking so it was annoying and not enough for seeing while in the bathroom. Staff did not get it fixed in the 4 days we stayed. Room was big.
Es war eine wunderschöne vorweihnachtliche Zeit! Das es nur Papier- Teller und Plastikbecher, sowie Plastikbesteck im Hotel gab. Das Zimmer im Untergeschoß war keine Tagesbeleuchtung möglich! Das Klima und Heizungsgerät so laut, dass eine normale Kommunikation im Zimmer kaum möglich war. Die Fenster im Speisesaal so verschmutzt, dass man nicht nach draußen sehen konnte!
