War ok- man muss wissen worauf man sich einlässt Das Hotel ist ok wenn man weiß, dass man nicht viel im Hotel ist. Es ist super gelegen (10 min. zum Timesquare mit der Subway). Das Frühstück ist sicherlich nicht jedermanns Sache. Harte Bagels, aufgetaute Doughnuts, Cornflakes und seltsam aussehende und kalte Würstchen und Pancakes. Es gab such Bananen und Kaffee. Fair
Fair There was heavy mould everywhere in the bathroom, dust and fluff build up in the room. There was a Redbull left from a previous guest. The place hasn't been vacuumed in years. Don't look off the trail or you will be shocked. The room was filthy, we didn't want to touch anything. Location to the train to get into Manhattan and Petes Diner was great.
Okay The king size bed was comfortable to sleep on however, there was little or no attention to details. Dust, bugs bedsheet stains etc not properly maintained. The breakfast was pretty basic could have done with more options in terms of hot meals provision. Location was good, 4mins walk to the subway which get you into times sq in about 25mins

Good location The breakfast was more continental than the waffles that were shown on the site. The eggs and sausage were usually semi warm to cold and needed to be microwaved. And, our bed sheets were never changed for the week we were there. I liked that we were in close proximity to the subway. The front desk was always helpful!
Very Bad Hotel and Horible Customers Service The towels were stained. Cleaning was not efficient and customer service was really poor. The hotel tried charging my account twice and at the moment trying to get them to reverse the credit charge
Fair You need to use the stairs before u reach the elevator. The room was quite old looking as well as the cabinet and carpet. Comforter available was not inviting to use. The food is always the same. We asked for a weighing scale for our luggages but not available. Location and internet access
Fair Breakfast is included but if you will stay for more than two days, you will have to endure eating the same food every morning. The hotel is a little bit ran down. Carpets inside the room are not so clean. It smells weed at times in the hallway and in the elevator. Location is close to the metro station and some other restaurants and fast food chains.
