Poor Shower was broken, toilet was dirty
Never again Everything. Room was extremely dingy, black nappy hair all over ( towels.blow dryer and the pillows) the room phone didnt work.I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. Tv had low resolution. We usually stay at holiday inn. We wanted to give la quinta a try.... Never again Receptionist was kind.
Fair Dirty Nothing
Avoid this hotel if you can, poor staff. never again poor communication with management, very unproffesional behaviour, impossible to pay in advance which caused redundant problems, i dont recommend this hotel at all. For the same money there are many better hotels. only good think on this hotel is good location , hotel is close to metro station, but services and especially staff (reception) should be better.
Disappointing The pictures always look wonderful. When you arrive the lobby is worn out. Television not working. Not very clean or welcoming. Out of town guests placed in basement room. Took away from our idea of staying with-in city limits to enjoy the value of NYC. The price... Parking on-site was a plus.
Very Poor Everything Nothing
Good The bathroom was dirty, and it is supposed to be no smoking are and smells and was I lot of noises at midnight Good location and the beds was comfortable!!!
