Poor I was given a room in the basement and WiFi didn’t work at all. Called the front desk and they were yes it works blah blah. So I just didn’t bothered with it. I needed to use the microwave which was in the lounge and it was disgusting, old crusted food spills that have been a long time. Someone please clean the microwave. Location perfect for catching the train. Only thing I enjoyed about the stay.

Minimal The mattresses were overly used and turned into hammock with no firmness and a dip in them. The booking.com policy stated that "if I didn't cancel 5 days before my trip, the trip would have been considered final and the credit card would have been charged". We got to the hotel a bit after midnight and they considered my booking canceled. Also, when tried calling the hotel, there was no VM and no one picked up after 4 maximum rings.

Very Poor We paid for a room with hot tub and when it arrived it did not work, talk to the reception and he said they could not do anything. They did not have a manager or supervisor who could help me. I paid for a very expensive room and they did not give me the service for which I paid, they stole my money. It is not a hotel to use again because it is very dirty and much less a place to recommend it to another person, do not waste your money going to this place, much less if you bring your kids. NOTHING!!!!
Pleasant Carpet was old, need replacement. Not much hot water coming in shower. Close to subway and parking
