Disappointing Cleanliness Staff Location
Poor The sheets smelled terrible. So much screaming in the halls. The room was kind of dingy.
Dirty and never again Extremely dirty... the jacuzzi tubs had rings around them and the jets in the jacuzzi was blowing dirt out. The king suite had stains in the room. It was nasty, I complained I liked that He changed my room, but it was still dirty i had to clean the tub myself

About my stay On the second day, I requested for maid service, they laid my bed, emptied the trash. But I noticed my bathtub, toilet and sink was not cleaned. I did make a complaint at the front desk. The front desk guy was helpful, I saw he call the cleaners to find out who did that. The breakfast was the same kind every day. Didn't like the color of their towels. But the front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Front desk staff were helpful. They were ready to help anytime there was an issue.
Fair The hot tub was dirty and the heater was so loud that I couldn’t sleep well. Quick check in and check out
Horrible Room was dirty everything was breaking or used and damaged no one ever cleaned the room or brought clean towels or took out are garbage The breakfast was donoughts and sunny delight fake juice that the workers never refilled until the last minute and they screwed up my payment method in the end.
