Disappointing 前台服務態度差
You get what you pay for... Its a place to put your head down for the night at a really low rate. The wifi was horrendously slow and kept cutting out. I would not recommend this place for anyone on business in need of the wifi. Everyday we had to ge tthe guys at reception to validate our key card for the room. I think the hotel is currently being refurbished as the breakfast room had wires sticking out of the wall. We put a please clean the room sign on the door and our room wasnt cleaned at all that day. An overpriced under quality complicated stay the payment process. They accept AMEX during the booking but they don't take the payment. Seeing as this was a corporate booking using a Managers card, i had to pay personally as they wouldn't accept the AMEX details without the Manager present. The elevator is on the 2nd floor which means you have get your cases up the first set of stairs. The elevator was also broken for 1/2 of the trip. Удачно расположенный, но очень старый, неопрятный и неухоженный отель. Номер попался в полуподвале, что явилось неприятной неожиданностью. Освещение тусклое. Мебель очень-очень старая, обивка изношенная, поэтому ощущение, что в номере грязно. Полотенца не белого, а серого цвета. Пастельное белье в пятнах. Отель расположен недалеко от метро. Что очень удобно. Заселение прошло быстро. Выписка из отеля тоже. В номере есть кофемашина и принадлежности для кофе.
I would rate it fair and safe once at the hotel . Parking is a problem . No one helps you with your bag. Elevator was broken I was able to sleep
Okay Most of the staffs were impolite and did not have a clue about proper customer service skill. Housekeeping was excellent.
