Poor The reception staff were not helpful and were quite rude. Breakfast was limited in choice and served off paper plates, drank from plastic and polystyrene cups, plastic cutlery Mold spots in bathroom Aftercare poor after leaving something important in room they have denied finding it. It was on the bed when we left. Location was convenient but extremely noise due to proximity of metro across the road and being in a room at the front. Poor Bathroom was dirty. Sheets didn’t look or smell clean. Staff was grumpy.
