Terrible! We had booked a room for 3 adults and when we arrived after a long trans-Atlantic journey we were given a room for 2 adults only. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful as we had booked through booking.com and did nothing to try and accommodate us. I would not recommend this hotel and would never stay there again.
