Kinda weird Cold day our room had heat off and window open when we arrived Got stuck in elevator press emergency button nobody answered After about ten minutes elevator opened scary clean

Terrible The room was so dirty I found clothes on the side of the beds that’s been there god knows how long it was dirty and dusty omg

Disappointing Staff were not customer service friendly. Parking was absolutely HORRENDUS!!!!! BED was not MADE properly!!!!!!!!

Fair ボロい シャワーの使い方がわかりづらい。正解はバスタブの方の蛇口の金色の部分を下にしばらく引っ張っているとシャワーに切り替わった。 朝食がついてくる 駅はマンハッタンからほど近い 周りにお店は結構ある。
Below average Upon arrival I found my bed fitted with an unclean mattress pad and sheet. In addition I did not like that my room on the first floor wasn’t underground and therefore did not have a window.
Terrible experience Very loud location. Vending machines close to the rooms make a lot of noise. Didn’t sleep A wink! Close to subway
