Very Poor
The location was good. I was disappointed that they did not serve turkey sausage only pork, the juice was artificial and the milk was watery. The ice machine only worked on the second floor, and the vending machine that should of been on the 5th floor was not. Each floor should have a machine not travel throughout for ice. There was only one wash cloth in the room and the cleaning ladies hesitated given me another one.
One night getaway (Disclaimer: i don’t know why the review average to 3.3, i would give it a 0.5 only because of the friendly staff) From 12am-7am, the couple in the room next to us were BLASTING music. And when I say BLASTING I mean so loud that even our obnoxiously loud heater couldn’t cancel out the noise. Will never come back! Mattress was worn down and lumpy. Hotel was noisy. Leaving the room in the morning walked into cigarette smoke. It is winter there was no heat in the kitchen area, had to wear coats to the kitchen to use the microwave. Bathroom had wire fixtures exposed and sounded like a tractor every time the light switch was turned on. Refrigerator wasn't cold. Woke up with bite marks on our faces. The location was excellent
Okay Stuffy air in lobby, room is not clean enough Location
Fair The coffee maker was not working. There’s no ketchup for the sausage. The tub. Water pressure was not working though. Ok
Okay The hallway smells cigarette and weed! Near with all restaurants and subway station
Disappointing That they double charged me and when I called to fix it multiple times they didn’t answer after I called the first time
