Hotel sporco, non affidabile e con colazione povera. La pulizia ha lasciato molto a desiderare: lenzuola sporche e tovaglie probabilmente mai cambiate. La colazione era molto povera e spesso si doveva mangiare in piedi a causa della scarsità di tavoli. Terrible Experience We go to NY once a month to visit a grandchild. We tried LaQuinta only because it was advertised on Booking.com as a 350 sq ft room, (We like space). The room was about 200 sq feet and when we told the front desk that we had registered for a larger room, we were told there were no rooms in the hotel that size. The room was tidy but with a dirty rug. OK, we can live with this. Disappointed Was put in basement room without elevator access. Staff helped carry bags. Had no view out of the basement; couldn't figure out how to operate a/c--not intuitive. Shower didn't work; had to sit in tub and lay back to wash my hair. Would not stay again. Staff was nice.

Disappointing I was in a room (#100) that was smelling like some animal died there, I asked for change my room and they said that has no option that day. So I asked to clean the room, but nobody went there.
