Our horrible stay. First the staff was horrendous. The gentlemen was very awkward and very rude. Second when we went into our room, the whole room smelled like curry. Besides the smell when I laid in the beds after 5 minutes I started to itch uncontrollably. The sheets were dirty and made me and my wife itch. When we went down to check in to ask for another room, we got an attitude from the gentleman and had to argue with him to get another room. When he finally gave us another room. Poor
Expensive, ok room, 20 mins on subway from Manhattan Staff were not friendly. They had manners but seemed so angry, and were pretty snappy and hostile towards us. It's amazing how easily someone can affect your mood. A happy welcome really goes a long way, and can help set the mood for your stay. Don't think they liked their jobs much. It's a pretty expensive place to stay for what you get, we got a room in the lowest floor, kind of basement level, it was dingy and dark and a bit musty.
