I had a very nice restful evening here in Allen. no complaints during this stay everything is very clean and the staff is friendly.

Pleasant The room. Bed was uncomfortable, tv barely worked unless you cut it off and on, everything was old looking and not stable. Room had a smell. Elevator barely worked. Food was horrible. Staff and location

It serves its purpose for a short stay, average hotel, price is so-so We woke up the next morning to a bunch of ants in the bathroom, all over the bathroom sink where our toothbrushes and cosmetics were. There were ants on our bed and in the closet. it’s got an older hotel feel, like the one in Chicago where we previously stayed at, there’s a musty smell in the halls and the room. it kinda goes away once you turn the ac on. the location is great, it’s close to grocery stores, shopping centers, restaurants and easy access to ... read more
