Pleasant A/C was underperforming, and we had small red roaches in our room. Also, our key cards stopped working both days for both rooms, and we had to wait in line to get them reset. It was quite noisy, with not much soundproofing. Location is great. Close to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Didn't have to get on the freeway for most destinations. There is a nice fitness center.
