After a long day of driving, was checked in quickly. Felt welcome. Hot breakfast the next day. Friendly check in. Felt welcome. Desk clerk asked if I had a pet and said they were indeed pet friendly. Quiet room. Good value.

stressful but ended up ok. I had booked my reservation thru Booking.com. When I arrived the reservation was incorrect and the staff was rude about it. I had the confirmation number and the booking info and she did not care. She charged me extra for the room that was not showing up on her system. Luckily when I let Booking.com know they fully reimbursed me for the room and did an amazing job of making it right for us whereas the employee of the hotel was rude and very unhelpful. Great location and staff for the money. not once did the property come clean our room during our 5 night stay. had to call down 3x for towels. friendly staff. location was great.
