My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. I don’t know if there is a certain floor for dogs but would have preferred not to be on a floor with dogs. Also guest should be told not let their dogs poop in the grass area where guest have to walk to get to their cars. The lobby was full for checkin but the staff member who was alone did an exceptional job. She offered water and coffee while we waited and then was expeditious checking us in. Very much enjoyed our stay, felt like home!! Only problem was the single elevator for customers & staff, it was very slow sometimes. Breakfast was really good, loved the oatmeal, clean room, pleasant staff

Short of bathroom the stay was fine We need handicap toilets. Bad knees make a standard toilet nearly impossible and very painful to knees. Shower had no none slip grids in tub. Only one small hand rail, scarey shower. All seniors need proper hand rails , ADA toilets, grips in tub, but much prefer just a shower no tub. Many many travelers are seniors but rarely find hotels meeting the need. Many seniors can’t even step into a tub. Great room great breakfast clean pleasAnt staff We would stay again very accommodating

Exceptional Hot water did not work in first room and loud children in adjacent room. Moved to another, loud barking dogs down the hall. Clean, comfortable and affordable
