Ok but had roaches The room seemed nice but had baby roaches crawling on the dresser with the tv and on my bed sheets.
Stayed there for 3 nights, half of the time the hot water was out which was pretty inconvenient. The gym was also a let down.
Bill is my hero! His staff worked literally around the clock during a snow/ice emergency to get us to their property and take care of us. The kitchen was supposed to be closed but Bill and his team kept it open to feed us, even kept the bar open. Bed was super comfy, and I got a ride back to the airport as planned the next day. Bill and his staff were very accommodating and are all stars in customer service!
