I loved Everything about the hotel. It was absolutely wonderful. We were a little disappointed that the pool was closed for remodeling, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Great stay staff friendly and loved the shuttle to the concert.
The transport to the venue was so amazing. I did have a problem when I checked in. I was given a room that someone else was already in. I brought it up and asked about it twice because their name was on the van list. They assured me that it was fine and empty. Nope. There were people in there. So, the day shift that gave me that room is the issue. The night gentleman was amazing. Very apologetic and friendly and got us taken care of.
Right next to six flags, minimal driving. The place will actually shuttle you to Rangers games to. Only issue was it was a pain to get house keeping to do anything in our room.
Booked here after my DFW flight was cancelled. It had a good rating and airport shuttle only to find out the shuttle stopped at 11pm and I had to take a cab. They gave me a room that was currently occupied and I had to get another room. The shuttle driver the next morning was very nice..
