If I hadn’t already booked it and was on the hook I would have went elsewhere. Exterior of building was shabby and we didn’t have clean linens. The breakfast selection was good.

Only stay if you need a place for a couple of nights and you don't mind the worn down look. The front desk staff were not friendly. They were not ready for the 3pm check-in. We had a king room reservation, the front desk receptionist was in a frustrated mood and said we had to wait for the double rooms to be cleaned. He didn't even ask whether we had a king room reservation. We were waiting for over 20 minutes to be checked in. The room is very dated, my husband had to kill some roaches. Poor
Poor Bed was fine. Tv was fine. Shuttle was perfect. Bathtub filled while I was taking a shower and water never went down. Coffee pot didn’t work. AC unit started up while I was almost asleep so I turned it off completely. For all this i paid 146.00!
Other than issue in bath, all good Few bugs in bathroom. NO HANDRAIL IN SHOWER DANGEROUS Good bed
Property needs a major upgrade in accommodation and facilities Very limited choice for breakfast and in limited quantities.... Location suited our needs...
Okay Old and rundown Just surprised how run down the hotel was considering Armonk is such an upscale area and it was located in a business complex.
