Fair Changed room from king bed to to double beds not happy Location
Horrid! Will not be going back!! Changed room twice as the first one had some wall stains that looked like mould! The whole ground floor smelt musty so asked for room on the 2nd floor which was only slightly better Lady staff at check-in seemed uninterested and seemed irritated with my wanting to change to a better room. Very rude staff The hotel smells like cold tabaco. The bathroom was very old fashion. But the worst was the staff. They were having problems locating all the costumers reservations. They started saying that the credit cards were not valid. In our case we had been traveling for 3 weeks and never had a problem but the woman of the the night shift was one of the rudest person I have encountered in a hotel. Fair No friendly greeting when you walk to the check in desk. Just...."Last name?". Not the warm welcome you would expect. The cable channels did not all work. The Wi-Fi is very patchy. Easy parking. Late check out.
The receptionist was only doing her job and showed her displeasure withit. A muffin with the coffee would have been nice. The shower in the room did not work. The breakfast was juice and coffee

Very Poor Remote area staff are smoking outside main entrance middle of the night when i came nobody was in the front desk to assist right away booking didnt go through took so long to figure it out hallway is dirty and very dark creepy place looks like a hunted hospital and back door is open not properly lock not so safe especially rooms are all in groundfloor and very far from my expectations of

Okay The doors where not working couldnt get in or out the exits near our rooms kind of scary if a fire was to occur. Also the kids left a blanket and pillow and when we called them to retrieve it before we head on the road for our 24 hour drive, since we live in the midwest they told me i had to wait till the next day to talk to someone. I explained that i live in a diff state and that i never heard of having to wait till the next day for items that most likely was picked up by housekeeping.
