Great hotel! The elevator is slow. :) Staff is super friendly, breakfast is fresh, beds are clean and comfortable. I was worried about the train next door-YOU CANT HEAR IT! Pool area is clean and hot tub is warm. Location is great. 20 min to SeaTac airport. 5min to a huge mall.

Great location, very slow WiFi The front desk would only give out one magnetic key card ( for two of us) when we checked it as they said they had no more. Apparently no one had ordered more, yet some folks in the elevator told me they got three keys for the three in their room. They got more keys in a couple of days and we did the second one we needed. It was awkward with only one key as we had different schedules. location is very good for us.

Great!! Bed very comfortable, staff very helpful at check in, we are not familiar with area, gave directions to where we wanted to go. Very quiet

Clean and nice Hotel Unable to access local tv stations and sports stationsTv requested assistance from from front desk and unable to figure out how to work tv although they did try. No paperwork to show how or what castrations avail to watch Asked form street side room and was given HWY side room. Room was clean and nice.
