Overall review...We would return, and also recommend this facility to others. Bathroom vents were not operational. The welcoming reception, and professionalism of the front desk staff.

Enjoyable Price little big high. We like breakfast over there. But we don’t have time breakfast because tournament early morning. Can help if breakfast @5:00 am. We stayed in hotel off and on for the last 4 years.

Good There was no hot water in the hotel for over half of my stay

Exceptional The room is a decent size and the beds are comfy. The breakfast that is offered id pretty good and hot and the attendant was very attentive to the needs of the guest and contiously asked if we needed anything. The front desk employee was cheerful and the conversation flowed well while she was checking me in.

Awesome The hotel charged my card for the full $153 for my one night stay the day before even though I selected the “pay at hotel” option and told them I would be paying cash. Hotel beds suuuper comfy. Shower was amazing, everything clean and really nice.

I apologize for miscommunication. Our hotel pre-authorizes 1 days room rent 24 hours in advance, we don't charge until you check out, but some banks the pre is done as a charge. I'm glad t5o hear you enjoyed you stay and hope you choose Laquinta in the future.
