Pleasant The window in our room was left open and room was a little chilly. The window was probably open due to the room smelling a little musty. The in room refrigerator was so loud that we actually unplugged it. Our room was also located across from the elevator which we could hear running throughout the night. Bed was extremely hard and lumpy. However, room was clean and bathroom was nice. Great location.

Overall okay hotel, rooms are very small and wouldn't recommend for families. Our room wasn't cleaned the next, house keeping never came to fix the room. When we got back to the room and we called, the person at front desk said; housekeeping left for the day. Breakfast is served till 9 am only, everywhere else standard time is till 10 am. The rooms were very very small. When I was booking it said it's a suite with kitchen. Hotel and room was clean, most of the staff was good.
Okay Our room faced Highway 18 which is busy and noisy all night. Staff was nice and helpful. Would be nice to have ice machines on every floor or at least know where they are located.
Okay That I left something in the hotel called them and they never called me back about this item. I guess it just disappeared. Also if they put you on the side where the freeway is it is loud.

Just ok, but clean Overpriced. Could have gotten comparable accommodations elsewhere. Easy to find off freeway
Aging and needs a bit of upgrading The bottom sheet on the bed was "pilling", very uncomfortable little bumps and the adjustable chair for using the computer would not adjust it would go up then not hold and return to the lowest position, I had to stack pillows to sit on it high enough to reach the keyboard. I reported both items to the front desk. Breakfast was good, staff was attentive, good location for Auburn.
