Right in the middle of it all in Auburn WA. Pros: Clean. Comfortable. Friendly. Location: Many restaurants close by. Right near Sound Transit Station.Close to Casino's. Went to Auburn to celibate my wife's Birthday. Room was great. Location is close to everything including Muckleshoot Casino which we always enjoy. Great staff.

I would go there again! Priced right and clean! Clean, affordable, pleasant staff at front desk. Morning coffee at the breakfast was luke warm, ick, but since there is coffee maker in room that was not a big deal. Would definitely recommend this hotel if a stay in Auburn / Federal Way is needed!

Very good service, Comfort and Safe Welcome staffs was very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to reach shopping area and foods. I just though that It just need to fix about something such as: the noisy of the path of feet from upstairs, open and close the room doors, and from the wall of next room. And also need to clean up the lamp on the table as well and do vacuum the floor everyday. Thank you for the good service.

Served the purpose Generally a decent stay. Receptionist at arrival was fantastic. Very helpful. Departure was ok. "breakfast" was disappointing. No eggs, bacon , or sausage usually found at one of these "continental" breakfasts. Ate next door at Jack in the Box. The only other negative was that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Convenient location for our visit Pros: Close to where we needed to be. Cons: Coffee in breakfast room area could have been hotter. Fresh warm baked cookies were not available like when we last visited. Reservations were as requested, room was ready when we checked in. Breakfast was acceptable, location was perfect.
