Loud Way too much noise. Loud music and TV’s on all night combined with thin walls made for a long night.
Close to our home Room advertised with crib for grandson - no crib available - berry bad.

Close for relatives One of two rooms rented for families to stay during Thanksgiving. Both families had infants and both room advertised with cribs. No cribs available - very bad. Requested copies of the room bills to be e-mailed to me. Still waiting

Unfortunately you paid a 3rd party and we do not have a receipt for you. Please feel free to call us if you need any further assistance.
Nice place but ... Pros: The bed was comfortable and very large. Cons: Do not use scents in the rooms. More counter space in the bathroom. Location: Noisy train several times in the night, but handy to the freeway. I have allergies to scents and the room smelled like it was just sprayed with scented spray, or like a plug in scented device was in the room. I ended up with a headache. I wish hotels would not used anything perfume scented in their rooms. Or offer a "scent free" room.

The Assistant General Manager is Remarkably Good! Never met a more friendly, helpful, charming and thoughtful person at the front desk in years of travel!

Nice place From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm smile and friendly greeting. The check in was super fast and we were told about all the amenities. We went to our room and it was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff Recommend to anyone staying in the Auburn area. Small, but good pool and spa. Great location to highway 18 and close to I5. Food discounts at Danny's and Mexican resturant
