2025 the breakfast sucked The staff was amazing and I do mean amazing customer service, people orientated, respectful, friendly

Clean, perfect location, great breakfast and friendly staff. Maintenance in the room on the tub. They HAD TO HAVE KNOWN before we got there that the tub faucet was broken. Either that or the tub couldn’t have been cleaned with water! You couldn’t turn it on and the faucet handle fell off. Had to had key cards made 3 times and change to a second room. Liked location, cleanliness, breakfast,

First time in Austin, it was close enough to be convenient and far enough out to be away from it too! One morning found someone asleep on the stairwell the man behind the reception wasn’t interested at all, in fact he was quite rude. However everyone else was charming and I don’t want to tarnish them with the same brush so I’ve marked wverything top marks. Parking was very easy, airport was close, Uber served it very well too, supermarket was relatively close, HEB not too far either.
