Nice place but with the possibility of an extremely rude staff For starters, we did book this stay here due to the closeness of the airport and the fact that it had a pool. Once we arrived and was already checked into the room, we noticed the pool was out of service. Called the front desk on the 25th of may roughly 5pm, to see if they had a partnership of some sort with other locations or if there would be credit of some sort refunded as the pool was out of service. Location close to airport, nice staff. The shuttle was broken down and couldn’t take me to the airport, had to find alternate accommodation. Location

Very nice stay for the value...Front desk was amazing and helped us find great places to eat and visit. Swimming pool closed during very hot time of year in Texas SUPER friendly and extremely helpful staff!!
