My family and I enjoyed our 2 night stay. The hotel was nice walking in and was decorated for Christmas. Our bed was great and the room smelled clean. We did have a few complaints. The bathroom doors didn’t lock or stay shut, you kinda need locks when you have young children! The light switch was dirty in the bathroom. The employee only put one night on our room key so the second night when we got back my husband had to go back downstairs to add another night, since the room key wouldn’t work. Was perfect for being next to Bethel ATX where we were attending a conference. Not many food options around but what was there was good.

The front desk staff said they clean the rooms every three days, I checked in on Thursday, so I expected to come back to a clean room on Sunday, which was not the case. No refills on coffee or shampoo, all the trash cans were still filled with trash.
