Exceptional The rooms were excellent..the gal at the desk was also very friendly and helpful!
Very Good Need more staff. no one at front desk for over 10 min at 5pm at night. Waited on phone for 13+ min at airport trying to get shuttle. Shuttle drove by while on phone waiting. Still had to wait another 30 min to get shuttle. 10 min drive from hotel- had she used the radio to contact shuttle, should have been back in 5-10. The location was good and it was clean.

Such a great deal for how nice the hotel is! Bed was so comfortable! Shower was awesome & breakfast eggs were the best I've had !! . Staff was always helpful. The location is great right by the highway and the palm trees made our view beautiful! We have came to Austin before and we had stayed in sheraton in downtown for double the price and it sucked . This place was awesome and the walls aren't paper thin so you won't hear the next door neighbor!

Awesome In spite of a wide variety of foods, most of the breakfast was bland and very institutional, add water and serve. Very clean.
