Decent place, close to the airport. We arrived after dark and it was a little tricky actually getting to the physical location because we missed our exit (unmarked). However, after a couple of U-turns we got there, check in was a breeze as we had reservations. I think the overall price could have been less, but it was the Fourth of July weekend in Austin and we were there to see Willie Nelson at the 360 Amphitheater which was fairly close to our hotel. Very Good Good size room.
Nice Pool closing at ten on Sat. It was to hot 100+ cool down until 9:30pm The pool and gated yard surrounding..very peaceful with all the plants.

Okay The common areas (halls, elevator, etc.) are really in need of refurbishing. The wall paper is peeling off the walls in the corridors, the carpet is very dirty , etc. The breakfast menu was minimal with prepackaged, stale rolls. The availability of the fresh-made waffles was appreciated. Because other places that are in better shape are equally convenient to the airport, I probably won't stay there again.
