Great stopover and value Quinta Inns do what they advertise with great customer service. I book these near airports for convenience, so am not expecting luxury. Despite being a low to mid range hotel, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Put general chain UK customer service hotel staff to shame.

Overall I had a decent stay. Bed in room was not as comfortable as I thought I’d be. Breakfast was great. Facility was clean. Great customer service.

Excellent Service We were unfortunate to have a VERY noisy group on my floor. They were loud all the way through to 3/4am in the morning when I had to call and inform reception. By the time I called someone else already had. I just felt that it took a while to be dealt with and that ruined it slightly for me Other than that I absolutely rate the Hotel My expectations were exceeded. The service was second to none. Awesome My room was next to elevator even though I specified I didn’t want it next to it The property was clean and well kept. I just have one complaint. During my booking and checking in I asked that my room be away from elevator and it was next to it. I couldn’t sleep because I would hear the elevator all late in the night. Also the room above had children running all late in the night.
