Good Room was very nice
Affordable and friendly staff Would have liked a hot breakfast - eggs, bacon, etc. Tables at breakfast were dirty. Would have been nice to have local or any newspapers available - even a machine would be OK. Would be nice to have a fridge in the room. Good location for ACL. Friendly staff. Restaurant next door - Denny's.
A good option in Austin The location is quite close to the downtown area and directions are quite simple to follow.
Everything quite nice except bad waffles :( The waffles were highlighted on big billboards but the breakfast (esp waffles) were lame & there was no real butter or maple syrup. Especially since it is a big bonus feature, there needs to be better waffles. The room, sofa, bed, bath & fridge/coffee area were quite nice & the double shades on window were great. The only good parts of breakfast were the yummy OJ and pacakaged muffins, somehow even the fruit was not very good though.
Good I think they are awesome. The only detail was a maintenance problem they couldn't fix during my one night stay, otherwise all superb!!!

I would likely stay there again. The rooms are bit dated, but comfortable. The staff was professional and courteous. Quiet rooms.
Good Hallway carpets were very messy. Elevator interior looked beat up, had no air conditioning, and smelled like sweaty travelers. Minimal toiletries provided, just shampoo and soap. No q-tips to be had in the hotel. Room air conditioner was marked as being controlled by wall thermostat but never seemed to respond to it. On the plus side, it certainly kept the room cold. Room itself was clean. Pools were reasonably well maintained. Love those Texas-shaped waffles.
