The hotel is well taken care of and clean. The main issue we had was the noise. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people in the halls, closing doors and talking. Our room overlooked the pool in the second floor, we could hear people partying in the pool. Unfortunately, it was during Memorial Day and the party continued until 3 am or so. I'm not sure why the guests were never asked to leave the pool as the sign says it closes at 10:00 pm.
Great area of Austin. The rooms are spacious and the pool area isn't your basic pool and deck. Pool is surrounded by trees and just very inviting. Loved this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.
Overall very nice hotel. Breakfast was delicious , we stayed one night only wish it could of been longer...
Had roachs in the room. When we got home had roachs in my suitcase . Didn’t have any pets when I left home
Nice hotel Nice hotel very clean and friendly and loved the parking and shuttle onlt thing i did not care for was that thet did not have secerity camerss to watch over the parked vehicles and the parking was very limited unless i missed someof the parking lot and that that ia all i have to say rhank you
clean and efficient but noisy metal doors The hotel was just fine except that I think that the doors were made of metal and transmitted noise very efficiently. As a result, when neighbors awoke early in the morning or carried on conversations during the day, their voices carried through the doors.
Pros: THE REMODEL DID YOU WELL. THE LOBBY IS NICE AND CLEAN BREAKFAST WAS GREAT! Cons: CLEANLINESS OF HOTEL ROOMS ESPECIALLY BATHROOMS CAME FOR A MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND WITH MY MOM . WENT TO MAGNOLIA MARKET AND NEEDED A HOTEL THAT WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF SAN ANTONIO AND WACO. NICE FRIENDLY STAFF. LOBBY VERY PRETTY AND GREAT BREAKFAST. ROOM COULD USE A TERMINAL CLEANING AND BATHROOM TOO. BUT OVERALL A PLEASANT STAY. WOULD RECOMMEND YOU HAVE A CONCIERGE IN LOUNGE THAT HAS TICKETS TO EVENTS OR HELPS WITH OUT-OF-TOWNERS.
